My wife & I having had several wills made in the past, that we were never totally happy with,  contacted Judica Swift at Swift Legal, after being recommended to her. It was refreshing to be given a clear understanding of how wills worked in relation to the current laws, & to the best way to distribute our assets after our deaths.

From our first appointment, we both felt we were getting excellent professional advice for our situation.  Even to checking the actual wording on property titles. All our concerns were treated with understanding, however trivial. The different aspects of the requirements of the wills were discussed at length( We have some overseas beneficiaries),  so we had a good insight into the eventual outcome, & to ensure this was written into the will in the correct way.

It was refreshing to use Judica Swift to prepare our wills. She is obviously fully informed on the subject, & was able to give us peace of mind to a very important  matter, that is far more complicated than it first appeared.  On request, she will also review current wills every few years to ensure changes in legislation have not affected the intent of the will. There is apparently no charge for this service.

Judica is very professional but at the same time very understanding.
